1. Agreement

By accessing or using ingeniumsoft.dev (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. The Site is operated by IngeniumSoft LLC ("IngeniumSoft", "we", "us"), a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA.

2. Scope

These terms apply only to the Site. Our products and services, including Aurora and Kyma, are provided under their own terms of service, end-user licence agreements and privacy policies, which you accept when you sign up for or install them. Nothing on the Site creates a subscription, licence or contract for any product.

3. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes to learn about our company and products. You agree not to:

• interfere with the Site's operation or security, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to the systems that host it;
• use automated means to scrape, copy or harvest content from the Site beyond what search engines routinely do;
• use the Site to transmit malware, spam or unlawful material;
• misrepresent your affiliation with IngeniumSoft or imply our endorsement.

4. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, design, code and the IngeniumSoft name, are owned by IngeniumSoft LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Product names (Aurora, MindBreak, Kyma, Ignix) are trademarks or trade names of IngeniumSoft LLC. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial reference; any other use requires our prior written permission. Third-party names and logos appearing on the Site belong to their respective owners.

5. Third-party links

The Site links to our products' websites and to third-party services such as app stores. Those sites are governed by their own terms and policies. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

6. Information on the Site

We try to keep the Site accurate and current, but its content is provided for general information only. Product descriptions, availability and "coming soon" labels may change without notice and do not constitute an offer or a guarantee of features, timelines or availability.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IngeniumSoft LLC and its members, managers and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD 100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IngeniumSoft LLC from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Site.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

11. Changes

We may revise these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last updated. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
