IngeniumSoft LLC
Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 18, 2026
This website collects as little as possible. There are no accounts, no forms, no analytics and no tracking cookies. This page explains what little is processed, by whom, and your rights.
1. Who we are
IngeniumSoft LLC ("IngeniumSoft", "we", "us") is a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA, at . We are the data controller for the ingeniumsoft.dev website. You can reach us at miguel@ingeniumsoft.dev.
2. What this policy covers
This policy applies only to the website at ingeniumsoft.dev and its subpages. Our products (such as Aurora, MindBreak, Kyma and Ignix) are separate services with their own privacy policies, available on each product's website or inside the app. Where a product's policy and this one differ, the product's policy governs that product.
3. Information we collect
We do not ask you for any personal information on this website. The only data involved is:
- Server logs. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, automatically records standard technical data when a page is requested: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the referring page, and your browser and operating system type. Cloudflare uses this to deliver the site and to protect it from abuse. We do not use these logs to identify or profile visitors.
- Your theme preference. If you switch between light and dark mode, the site stores that choice in your browser's local storage so it can be applied next time. This value never leaves your device and is not sent to us.
- Email you send us. If you write to us, we receive your email address, name (if you include it) and the content of your message, and we keep the correspondence for as long as needed to answer you and to keep a record of the conversation.
4. Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics, advertising or social-media tracking. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary cookie for security purposes (for example, when it challenges suspicious traffic); such cookies are not used to track you across sites.
5. How we use information
We use the limited data above only to:
- serve the website and keep it secure and available;
- respond to messages you send us;
- comply with legal obligations that apply to us.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
6. Third parties
The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (United States), which processes the technical data described in section 3 on our behalf under its own privacy policy. The site links to our products' websites and to third-party app stores; those sites and stores have their own policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your data.
7. International transfers
We are based in the United States, and the data described in this policy is processed there. If you visit from another region, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those of your country.
8. Data retention
Server logs are retained by Cloudflare for a limited period according to its policies. Email correspondence is kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards, unless a longer retention is required by law.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of personal information we hold about you, to object to certain processing, and to receive a copy of your data in a portable format. Since the only personal data we hold is email correspondence, the simplest way to exercise these rights is to write to miguel@ingeniumsoft.dev. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
10. Children
This website is not directed at children under 13 (or the higher age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Security
The site is served over HTTPS and hosted on infrastructure that applies industry-standard safeguards. Because no personal data is collected through the site itself, the main risk is to email correspondence, which we keep in access-controlled mailboxes.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the website or the law changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be reflected on this page before they take effect.
13. Contact
Questions about this policy or about your data: miguel@ingeniumsoft.dev. For questions about a specific product, please use the contact details in that product's own privacy policy, or write to support@ingeniumsoft.dev.
